Returns & Exchange Policies
Thank you for choosing Water Cannon! We aim to make your purchasing process as quick and easy as possible. Please read our policies regarding returns and returnable items below to answer any questions you may have.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories purchased from Water Cannon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping charges.
Damaged Products
If you suspect (but are not sure) your product was damaged in shipping, go ahead and inspect the inside contents. In many cases, the box may be slightly damaged but the product is fine. If your package arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) call us at 1-800-699-2551 so we can arrange an exchange for you. NOTE: You must notify us of any shortages, problems, or damage within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise so we can process the appropriate claims with the shipper. If you do NOT notify us within 24 hours, you have accepted the merchandise in its current condition.
Defective Products
We encourage you to test your products within 15 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems or technical issues. We offer free technical support on all of our products, so do not hesitate to call us with questions or concerns.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, assembled products, drop-shipped items and non-stock items are NOT RETURNABLE.
All Returns Are Subject To A 15% Re-Stocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking charge for all engines returned. Engines must be returned by pre-paid freight within 15 days with a return authorization number. Only engines that have not been filled with oil or gasoline are eligible for return. There are no returns on any generator, pressure washer, lawn mower, or any other parts or equipment.
Manufacturers' Warranties
Most new items carry a manufacturer's warranty and can be repaired by any authorized dealer. A manufacturer's warranty is not a money-back guarantee. Standard warranty coverage is to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts that are defective in material or workmanship. We recommend you contact your local authorized dealer for warranty service, as no transportation charges are included in the coverage. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty coverage. The sales receipt indicates the purchase date which starts the warranty period. Shipping costs are not covered by any warranty.
