All items purchased from Water Cannon, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Water Cannon, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Water Cannon, Inc. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Water Cannon, Inc. thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Water Cannon, Inc. expressly consents.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Water Cannon, Inc. Please call 1-800-699-2551 (8AM-6PM, EST, Monday through Friday).

Generally, Water Cannon, Inc. will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Water Cannon, Inc. cannot accept returns of “drop shipped” items directly from the factory to you. Water Cannon, Inc. cannot accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items if said items are oiled and/or gassed.

At Water Cannon, Inc.'s sole discretion, Water Cannon, Inc. may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned. Other circumstances may dictate a higher restocking fee up to 50% (for example, products not packed correctly or altered, installed, or mishandled in any way).

• We accept major credit cards, checks by fax, COD, wire transfer, checks in advance. Net 30 day accounts upon credit approval – applicants must qualify for credit insurance.
• Accounts past due more than 15 days of original due date are subject to credit line revocation and a 1% per month service charge where applicable.
• Freight minimum is $7.80. COD shipments are not always possible.
• All orders shipped FOB Factory. Freight prepaid and added to invoices.
• Orders under $39 Net may incur a small order fee of $7.00.
• Back Orders: We strive to stock sufficient inventory to avoid back orders. In the event of a B.O. we will pay 100% of B.O. freight costs. Exclusions: 48 states only.
• Since we provide multiple product offerings, sometimes it is impossible to ship from one location. In the event we require multiple shipping points, freight will be charged from each location. As a rule we absorb some of this cost & appreciate the opportunity to provide multiple product offerings.
• Pricing Policy: We strive for price stability with our printed promotions. However because of foreign currency markets fluctuation, our prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices, specifications and models are subject to change without notice. All unit specifications are based on industry standards + or – 8%.

• Inspect Before You Sign. Freight carriers will/do not refund for services not performed such as lift gate service. NOTE all damages, shortages or issues on freight bill or report to UPS. Also please report these issues to our returns department at 1-800-699-2551.
• Warranty - Standard manufacturer & industry warranties apply (engine parts 90 days).
• Water Cannon may ship from multiple warehouse locations. Please allow 2-5 business days for items not appearing with your original delivery.
• Resale tax certificates are required for shipments to FL.
• Customized or assembled products are NON-Cancelable. Returned items new & in original package are subject to 10 – 15% restocking fee (minimum restock fee is $10). Installed items are not returnable.
• Returns must be approved in advance to determine if the products are returnable and to which location.
• Drop ship fees may apply and are NOT returnable; however, we will do “everything possible to be fair.”
• Customers who issue chargebacks against Water Cannon, Inc. will be subjected to an additional $20.00 for each Chargeback Processing Fee when customer(s) is found at fault.
• All references to original equipment manufacturers, other than those that Water Cannon, Inc. is authorized to represent, their trade names and their part numbers listed in the catalog or website are listed for identification purposes only. It is not our intention to imply that the merchandise is original equipment. All Water Cannon aftermarket products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the standards for the OEM Part that they are designed to replace.
