Steam pressure cleaners reach astoundingly high temperatures up to 325 ºF, which allows operators to soften and dissolve residues while cleaning, degreasing, and quickly removing even the most challenging substances. Steam pressure cleaners are very popular in the food industries and for grease removal. 

For combo hot pressure washer/streamer units the single turn on/off diverter valve by passes pump flow to reduce water flow to the recoil creating steam in place of normal hot water.
